Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SimpleFileKit (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What the Service is
SimpleFileKit provides free file tools that run entirely inside your web browser. We do not host, upload, or store the files you process. The Service is provided at no cost for personal and commercial use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on files you own or have the right to process. You must not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, or overload the site.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Several tools are marked beta and may not produce perfect results for complex files. Always keep a copy of your original files and verify any output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleFileKit and its operators shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Third-party content
The Service loads open-source libraries from third-party content-delivery networks and may display advertising. Those third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
